Sevendust’s combination of intelligent lyrics and hard-rocking guitar has made them a favorite in the post-millennium rock scene. With influences like Jimi Hendrix and Living Colour, Sevendust draw from a wealth of metal and soul. The band first emerged out of Atlanta, Georgia as Crawlspace in 1995, and includes vocalist LaJon, guitarists Clint Lowery and John Connelly, bassist Vinnie Hornsby, and drummer Morgan Rose. Crawlspace eventually their name to Sevendust, and released Sevendust in 1997. In 1999, they released Home, and have been touring the world since. Sevendust are some of the best new entertainment in the market, and will be around for a long while. | |
