Artisan formed in 1984, went full time in 1989, toured Europe for the first time in 1990 and Canada in 1994. Their first visit to the USA was 1985 and they have been touring there regularly ever since. Their most recent British radio appearance was 'Home for Christmas' - BBC Radio 4 21/12/01.
